. . . unknown. We actually don't know Jane's birthday date, but the episode about it was aired on MTV ten years ago today: "Pierce Me." Lots of shippery goodness for everyone, and Daria's belly button gets a temporary ornament.
Today's date was mentioned in a fanfic, it being when Daria saw Mack fly off to the moon. Not what she had expected to see as she walked home that night.

The Thirteenth Man is my favorite Daria/Mack fic, I think. (Unless, of course, I read too much into the ending).
