In addition to everything else, today is Ratcatcher's Day, which honors exterminators. Really. I got that off Wikipedia. Try to imagine what kind of teen Ratcatcher's Day is like at Holiday Island High. (Ew!) There's some very interesting background on this day and how it is connected to the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, which turns out to be majorly eerie.Anyone got any good fanfic ideas about a Daria character getting a job as an exterminator? Or as a rat?
