Oh, So THAT'S What the Red Stuff in the Fridge Was!

Trent's following in Lizzie Borden's (alleged) grisly footsteps in honor of the anniversary of her birth on this day in 1860. I guess Amanda found out what really happens if you hold a butterfly too tightly in your hands.

Today is also the anniversary of the episode "Groped by an Angel," which aired on this day in 2000. Quinn got in touch with her spiritual side, at least so long as spirits are willing to do things for her. Pretty on-brand for Quinn, really.

Fanfic Update!
  • Am I A Grownup Yet?, by jones2000 (part 21): "Daria spotted them before Trent did, the news van parked in front of the warehouse apartments, naturally recognising her own immoral species."

  • Daria Ravenclaw: The Highland Years, by Meester_Lee (part 73): "Daria awoke before dawn the next morning, the tent's air still reeking of Quinn's floral-scented shampoo. It wasn't nearly so intense as it had been in the car trip back from the hot springs the day before, but it still lingered."

  • Happy Adversity, by Lady Evil (part 3): "'No, sorry, really can't come over today.' Tom told Quinn over the phone on Sunday morning. 'See, my dad's got this really important client who's all churchy church and he's convinced him we are too. So now I have to spend a few hours in a pew trying not to go to sleep. Hope you understand.'"

  • Kevin The Bounty Hunter (Life After Thirty), by WildDogJJ (part 2): "Sandi is in the living room with her new dog, a rottweiler named rex. 'This is your new home, Rex,' she said, 'Now, let's take that muzzle off.'"

  • OrchestraTed (The Ted Zone), by Kristen Bealer (COMPLETE!): "Ted and his parents were eating a peaceful dinner together when inspiration struck."
