A new website is in the works, and probably will be forever because of all the material that will be going into it. Superfan UU and I have set up Backgrounders, devoted to identifying and fleshing out all of the minor, one-shot, and background characters on Daria. The site is at:and is open for business. Keep in mind that we only got it started about a week or two ago, so it needs lots more information, which we are supplying as fast as we can. We're doing Lawndale High School students right now, with adults and others to come later. Comments, questions, corrections, and suggestions are welcome. With any luck, this should expand the range of options for fanfiction characters, which is sorely needed.
