PPMB and SFMB are both down, so if you want to chat about anything, you may do so here in Comments. Have at it. I'll ramble on about nothing, after I get back from going out, and maybe the other guys who can post here will do so too, if they know what's good for them.
My opinion only, though these sites do enjoy broad support within the fandom. Links are active if their websites were updated since September 1, 2016.

So, it's Friday the 13th, and PPMB and SFMB are shut down. Let's take a page from Mr. O'Neill and express our innermost feelings about this event. Who wants to go first?

"The server suffered a hard drive failure last night and is currently rebuilding the RAID array on the replacement drive. This creates an extremely high IO load on the disks and is resulting in the server being quite slow.
When the server is under high load, one of the first services to go away is the database server. This is currently causing the PPMB/SFMB to be intermittently unreachable. I'd currently estimate that the rebuild is 25% complete."

Wow guys, I thought I was the only retard on Earth to still watch Daria episodes on a daily basis. This blog is like a miracle or nirvana. Can anyone send me an email and tell me what the most important thing to do on here is?
