Seven years ago, Daria appeared on MTV during its New Year's Eve celebration. A transcript of her resolutions is provided on Outpost Daria. I liked what she said about making the new year the least suckiest. After going thru 8 years that were pretty sucky collectively, getting rid of the WPE and moving forward sounds good.
Enjoy your bit of vacation Angst Guy, that's what I'm doing at the moment myself. Whenever I think of taking some vacation the corporate drone in me remembers this line from Black Adder, who said: "Baldric, because of your sterling service, you've been awarded some vacation. . . Did you enjoy it?"
Yes, it seems just that long to me.
