Well, it's stated by MTV that she evolved into a different character; frankly speaking, she doesn't resemble the BG as we know her -- at all.
Some people have called Burnout Chick "Cindy," but I think they were thinking of this picture.
Most likely; and then she became 'Karen', and then 'Jennifer'. :)
