Looks a little like the front of a Plymouth Horizon
Hard to tell in that light. But it's either a Hoopty or a Beater. Obviously, it's been painted in Army File Cabinet Green (AKA OD, or Puke)
I thought for a while earlier today that it might be a Plymouth Fury, c. early 1970s, with square headlights, but now I doubt it.
After wasting an hour looking at Google pictures, I'll opine that it is a VW Golf/Jetta/Rabbit, Mark I, 2-seater coupe, year unknown but probably late 1970s-early 1980s.
