Lasagna AGAIN?
It's that time of year when the management of the DFB2 (i.e., me) solicits suggestions from its readers (i.e., you) as to what more can be done with this blog. I know it is ephemeral as are all things, but it is a lot of fun and I would like to keep typing in it for a long time to come.
What else do we need that would help the fandom grow? Other than DVDaria, I mean. What else can this blog do for your Daria enjoyment? Drop some notes in Comments. I've gotten a lot of good ideas in the past and have used them. I just want to keep up with things.
Just checked the meter, and we've got over 86,800 hits so far in a year and a half. Cool. Keep it up.
Oh, and MDetector5 put up some great Helen art!Plus, the 2009 Daria fanfic list was updated!

Hmm maybe the DFB2 can pick up on the creator (fan fic and fan art) interviews that seem to have dried up elsewhere... Lots of people still to learn about...
Oh, damn, I was going to post those that I did. Damn it. I'll work on that, thanks.
You should give out free chocolate. Totally. :D
Seconding the return of fanwork interviews.
I wonder if anybody in the community would be interested to see Daria put into interactive fiction. Anybody with a little programming skill should be able to swing it easily enough, I'd think.
I found a program for doing visual novels/ interactive games awhile back. The visual novel part looks doable, but the game is a lot more coding than I can do and all of it is more time than I have...
it would be fun though
Someone did try Daria interactive fiction long ago. There's a link to it at left, forgot where.
I've got a buddy that entered the InfoCom competion for ameteur interactive fiction writers once or twice. I don't think he ever won, but I enjoyed playing the stuff he wrote.
And I definately third the interviews idea. Hopefully, if they keep getting done you'll run out of people and have to ask me questions. O_o
Maybe I should give out my recipe for coca-cola roast beef sandwiches...
I would love to see more interviews. There were quite a few people I never got around to.
Interviews.... let me get the last batch posted and we'll see.
You haven't interview Wouter yet, have you?
