Let's Give It a Hand...I Mean, Leaf!

The Morgendorffer houseplant is ready for Houseplant Appreciation Day, although I don't think anyone's really appreciating it in that house. I seriously doubt it's even getting watered regularly, which probably explains the missing leaf. Come to think of it, is it even certain that the plant is real, rather than plastic?
