Looks like Jeffy's going to win that free T-shirt for National Hollerin' Contest Day, unless he passes out from the effort. Still, I'd put money on Jake. That dude's been preparing for this moment all his life, so all he has to do is summon up his least favorite memory of Mad Dog and this contest is over.

Today is also the anniversary of the episode "Too Cute," which aired on this day in 1997. I don't remember any hollering in that episode, but I'm sure Upchuck felt like screaming when he found out what that blob Daria and Jane were looking at was.
