I think Jesse has (once again) gotten confused. See, today is Drink Beer Day, but Jesse has clearly allowed the beer to drink him. I feel like that's some kind of metaphor, but that might just be the beer talking.

Once you've celebrated Drink Beer Day enough, you'll be all ready for Ask a Stupid Question Day! Luckily for Kevin and Brittany, they can easily observe this one without the aid of alcohol. Mr. DeMartino might want some, though.
