Three Cheers for Windmills!

It seems that Brittany has traded her pompoms for windmill blades in honor of Windmill Day, but it's going to make cheerleading much more difficult. Let's just hope she doesn't end up at the top of the pyramid! I'm sure Tad Gupty will want to celebrate this holiday, with his strong admiration for their clean source of energy, but I hope he keeps an eye on his family's whereabouts at the same time so he doesn't lose them.

If he does, hopefully Daria will be there to help him again, which is only right because this is also National Babysitters Day. Of course, Daria doesn't observe this holiday willingly, no matter how much Quinn whines.

At least she could go hang out at Jane's house afterward, and perhaps even celebrate National Sleepover Day! They shouldn't bother to sleep, though, because it's also Stay Up All Night Day. That might be a bad idea, however, because it didn't work out so well for Trent and Jesse the night before the flea market!

Fanfic Update!
  • Convergence on Lawndale, by cfardell_Brenorenz29 (part 15): "The Doctor noticed something. There were many subtle energy readings scattered around Lawndale. ‘Do these have to do with the portal device or the flicker?’ He wasn’t sure."

  • Every Rowe Has It’s Thorn, by wilddogjj (part 1): "It’s only 6:00 AM on a Saturday and Chris Carbone was already outside of his house."

  • "Expectavi"—Daria: Agent of Cobra, by Ranchoth (part 7): "During the early 1990s, the Cobra Organization reentered the field of applied environmental manipulation as a military strategy."

  • I (Don't) Want to Be a Part of It, by ladyevil (part 14): "'I mean, I wasn’t the worst mother ever.' Helen was saying."

  • Spider Quinn 21 A View of Oakwood and Ruins, by cfardell_Brenorenz29 (part 6): "'Waiting can be difficult,' SpiderGirl said. Ninja Talon knew that SpiderGirl wasn’t talking about the current situation, although that would have made sense, but more about the ongoing situation between her and the Enigma."

  • Star Trek: Daria: Changing Lanes, by echopapa (part 1): "The sun over the Daystrom Institute’s Pasadena campus was relentless, the kind of bright, clean heat that made the 24th century look like a travel brochure. Daria, Jane, and Naomi had opted for public transport and walked the final stretch from the station."
