Looks like Jeffy stands a good chance of taking first prize for Hollerin’ Contest Day! The bad news is that the prize is probably a Z93 bumper sticker and/or tissue-thin T-shirt.

Speaking of disappointments, today is the anniversary of the movie Jaws, which premiered on this day in 1975. The disappointment comes from Jordana's souvenir "tooth" and very derivative storytelling skills.

Daria and Jane are off to see the Great White Shark in honor of the anniversary of the movie Jaws, which was released on this day in 1975. I'm afraid they'll be disappointed to find it's only a tooth, but listening to Jordana recreate the entire movie for them will surely make up for it. Or not.

Fortunately, the long walk to get there means they also got to celebrate National Hike with a Geek Day at the same time. Don't ask which one of them is the geek, though.

Daria and Jane are going to celebrate the anniversary of the 1975 release date of the movie Jaws by going to see the Great White Shark. Or, rather, the Great White Shark Tooth as Presented by the Great Delusional Woman.

Daria's getting ready to hang ten on this International Surfing Day, but she'd better get out of the water. Today's the fortieth anniversary of the movie Jaws, and you can't be too careful with gigantic sharks around.
