Eric Schrecter is our mascot for Boss's Day today. This is a day for "thanking workplace superiors for being kind and fair throughout the year." And while you're choking that one down, today is also World Food Day, which I assume means you celebrate it by eating. Fair enough.It's also the birthday anniversary of the Dictionary Man, Noah Webster, and the day (over 100 years ago) when they dug up the Cardiff Giant, one of the biggest hoaxes of all time. You have to read about this one, it's great.
