We see and hear about Sam Stack only once, in "The Lab Brat" when Upchuck reveals that he has been spying on Brittany's love life and has the photo to prove it. Sam is the QB of Oakwood High's football team, the Taproots. It is tempting to make him as moronic as Kevin Thompson, but maybe he isn't.
Very little fanfic has included this one-shot character, but that could change. He certainly looks like a, um, man of action, so an adventurous tale could include him as an unexpected rival or ally.

I think one of Nemo Blank's fics ("Ring Toss" probably) includes Sam Stack.
Ah, I did a Google check and he makes an appearance in Crusading Saint's "Trophy Chasers" and a brief but memorable spot in Kristen Bealer's "The Idiocy."
