Today is Work-a-Holic Day! Helen is probably the patron saint of this holiday, although any prayers directed toward her will probably be fielded by Marianne.
This is also the eleventh anniversary of the first airing of Mart of Darkness, shown in 2000. It gave us one more nail in the Jane/Tom coffin as well as a rare speaking appearance for Andrea. We never did find out who had their hand on Sandi's butt, though. Any theories?
Finally, happy birthday to P. T. Barnum, who was born on this day in 1810. He was known as both a showman and a scam artist, and is remembered for his many hoaxes. Interestingly, the phrase "There's a sucker born every minute," though often attributed to Barnum, was not actually uttered by the man.
